The Committee on State Building and Local Self-Government recommends that the Parliament should adopt in the basis the bill on amendments to the Law “On Local Self-Government in Ukraine” (re assigning postal address to objects of immovable property)

The bill (Reg. No. 2507) suggests define executive bodies of village, township and city councils the subjects of providing administrative service on assigning postal address to objects of immovable property.

People’s deputies believe that adoption of the bill will allow eliminate gaps in legislation regarding assigning postal address and legal collision arising on the basis of ambiguity of subject of its assignment.
